How do mood factors affect running?

In normally life as well as my own experience, I have noticed that if a runner quarrels for any reason, with anyone, or conflicts with his wife, husband, or children, before training or running. Mom and Dad, the run that day was very boring.

A person’s mood is influenced by many factors, and is related to human psychology. Therefore, Coach only shares from the perspective of running and sports, not going into the highly specialized category, so you should understand from the perspective of sports and practice practice.

In practice as well as my own experience, I have noticed that if a runner quarrels for any reason, with anyone, or conflicts with his wife, husband, or children, before training or running. Mom and Dad, the run that day was very boring.

Why running fails: psychological stress and frustration inhibit the runner’s nerves and excitement, causing the runner to not achieve excitement. Some people even go out to run after arguing with their wives, but after running a few kilometers, they want to leave or stop to rest, because they don’t feel motivated to run.

That’s why for high-achieving athletes, they always have the term ban camp (eating, living, and toileting are only in the athletes’ living quarters, and near the day of competition, some athletes’ phones are also confiscated). Firstly, to avoid gossip that affects sleep, avoid unnecessary arguments that affect competition performance.

Currently, there are some coaches who simply remind them not to collect phones, while some still have them collected before the match day.

Human psychology is very important, when reaching the highest state of excitement whether racing or practicing running is great, but just having a negative impact factor will lead to different performance in training sessions and competitions than normal days. .

Therefore, if you have an argument one day, you can stop running, or run a short run and then go home, and minimize the stress during training, it will not be good for the runner’s nerves.

That’s why I often remind students before running away to avoid arguments and anger, and this has been proven a lot. In addition, some people are affected by work pressure, anxiety, and running, so it is necessary to have short exercises with a short finishing time so that the body is comfortable and not exhausted.
